• Campaigns are valid for new and existing clients of Smartinfologiks, unless otherwise specified.
• Offers apply only to the specific products/services mentioned in the campaign.

Offer Validity

• Each offer is valid until the date specified in the campaign communication.
• After the expiry date, no claims will be entertained.

Usage Scope

• Discounts and benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, unless explicitly stated.

Subscription Plans

• Offers are applicable only on annual subscription , unless otherwise mentioned.
• Any product/service usage beyond the offered scope will be charged at standard pricing.

Modifications

• Smartinfologiks reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw any Campaign without prior notice.
• The company’s decision in all matters related to Campaigns shall be final and binding.

Liability

• Smartinfologiks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of participation in a Campaign.
• Standard product/service terms and agreements continue to apply.

Governing Law

• These Campaign T&Cs are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
