We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Testing Intern  to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. In this role, you will help ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with developers, senior testers, and product managers to identify, document, and resolve software issues. Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

Brand & positioning

  • Develop value propositions and topline narratives tailored to target buyer personas (CIO/CTO, Head of Ops, CFO, CHRO, Product Heads, Channel Partners, System Integrators).

Product Marketing & GTM

  • Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build product narratives, case studies, battlecards, pricing collateral, and sales enablement kits.

Demand Generation & Content

  • Optimize content for SEO and conversions work closely with the SEO/content team for keyword-led content around ERP, HRMS, CRM, LOS, Collections, AI document analysis, and EdTech topics.


Digital Presence & Reputation

  • Manage the corporate website product pages to highlight features, integrations, and customer outcomes.

  • Manage and grow presence on B2B platforms (LinkedIn, G2, Capterra) and oversee review generation program.

  • Coordinate PR and analyst relations for thought leadership, product announcements, awards, and speaking opportunities.


Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Equip sales and channel partners with pitch decks, ROI calculators, case studies, pricing guides, and objection-handling resources.

  • Run regular enablement sessions and competitive training for sales and partners.


Events & Community

  • Plan presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars manage booth narratives and speaking slots.

  • Build customer advocacy programs, reference customers, and a developer/partner community where applicable.


Measurement & Budget

  • Set KPIs for brand health (awareness, share of voice), pipeline contribution, content performance, and campaign ROI.

  • Own marketing budget allocation for brand and product initiatives and measure spend efficiency.


Required qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 5–8+ years of marketing experience with at least 2–3 years in product/brand marketing in B2B SaaS or software services.

  • Demonstrable experience with enterprise products (ERP, HRMS, CRM, FinTech, Analytics, or EdTech) — either at a product company, software services firm, or systems integrator.

  • Experience working with sales teams and channel partners in enterprise GTM.

  • Strong writing and content skills: whitepapers, case studies, product copy, and executive-level thought leadership.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant to manage Tally entry, payroll processing, statutory compliance, vendor contracts, and administrative support. This role requires hands-on accounting expertise (Tally), strong knowledge of statutory requirements, and the ability to balance finance with office administration and travel coordination for senior management.


Key Responsibilities



Accounting 

  • Record and review day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and ERP systems.

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash transactions and prepare expense reports.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits, filings, and compliance reviews.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


Payroll Processing


  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary computation, disbursement, and record-keeping.

  • Ensure accurate calculation of gross salary, deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax), and net pay.

  • Generate payslips and payroll reports ensure timely deposits of statutory deductions.

  • Consult with PF/ESI consultants and ensure compliance with labor laws.


Statutory Compliance & Taxation


  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns.

  • Manage TDS compliance including preparing and issuing Form 16A to vendors.

  • Maintain proper records for statutory audits and coordinate with consultants.

  • Stay updated on tax and labor law changes to ensure compliance.


Vendor & Contract Management


  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  • Review and maintain vendor contracts process timely vendor payments.

  • Monitor vendor performance and escalate service issues where necessary.


Administration & Office Support


  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings for senior management.

  • Manage office expenses, supplies, and service providers.

  • Support HR/Operations with administrative activities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar working experience .

  • 5–6 years of progressive accounting experience including payroll, taxation, and admin exposure.

  • Hands-on experience with Tally and other accounting software.

  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Form 16A, and statutory compliance.

  • Experience in petty cash handling, vendor coordination, and administrative support.
