Smartinfologiks is looking for Software Testers to take ownership of end-to-end testing and quality assurance for our software solutions. You will work with managers, developers, and DevOps to ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of performance, usability, and reliability.
Define and implement effective manual and automated testing strategies across web, mobile, and AI-based solutions.
Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure quality is embedded in the entire SDLC.
Review and enhance test cases, test plans, and test data preparation to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, where applicable.
Take ownership of defect lifecycle management, release readiness, and final product sign-off.
Provide leadership in adopting QA best practices, tools, and emerging trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in software Testing role.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and Agile practices
Proven experience in delivering high-quality software solutions
Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
