21st October, 2022 Traditions play an integral role just as they are in families. And, nothing is more essential than the annual traditions Smartinfologiks establish around the celebration of seasonal holidays. Celebrating festivals at the workplace has turned out to be one of the critical employee engagement initiatives at our office premises.
Diwali is around and we at Smartinfologiks left no stone unturned in making the most out of the wonderful festivals we commemorate. Firstly, the Diwali celebration was initiated with the Diwali office Puja. We transformed the entire office premise with innovative new ideas to decorate the office. We had a blast following the Diwali celebration in our office premises. It was a time to bring a smile to everyones face and greet Diwali with fun-filled, colourful, creative competitions, and exciting prizes.
Our artistic and zealous office mates created rangolis at pre-defined locations, in the office premises, with mind-boggling and inspiring themes, lovely colours and keen precision.
Our colleagues, with sheer dedication, precision, and creativity, portrayed comprehensive themes including different ideas. Smartinfologiks appeared like a rainbow of colors, an amazing and interesting workplace with a diversity enhancement. The cherry on the cake was the balloons, ribbons, thematic and traditional displays, games, etc. The entire workplace underwent a makeover, magnifying festivity, happiness, and togetherness.
Beyond Sweets and Dry Fruits
Gifts are one of the main reasons why Diwali is one of the most awaited celebrations at the workplace. Smartinfologiks distributed gifts and sweets to express gratitude, and appreciation, and generate goodwill among peers and employees.
It goes without saying that organizing fun Diwali activities at Smartinfologiks nurtured team spirit. Last but not least, the event concluded with a petite get-together, followed by gifts and prize distribution, snacks, and refreshments. Festivities and happiness all around, enthusiasm to perform the best and merry time binding the Smartinfologiks taskforce together- What can be a better way than celebrating Diwali this way?
